Kansas Speedway
Location: Kansas City, KS
Industry: Sports & Entertainment
Schweiger successfully completed a variety of build projects at the iconic Kansas Speedway, including the infield buildings and Victory Lane.
This project was delivered on schedule and in time for the oncoming racing
series.
Ground Up Build of New Financial Institution
Location: Carmel, IN

This LEED-certified center required a 4,440 square foot build from the
ground up for a respected financial institution. This is one of our highest-rated projects in terms of customer satisfaction and was delivered on time and wholly within budget despite the rigorous requirements.
New Construction Ground Up Build
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Industry: Financial
This ground-up build was an entirely new construction for a burgeoning financial institution. It required LEED certification and the installation of ATMS, pouring of concrete foundations, and steel structural framing with specified exterior touches. Every step was customer-approved, and the
final product was delivered completely within budget.
Tenant Improvement

This project entailed a tenant’s customer improvement build-out of a 5,092 square foot administration space. Improvements ranged from installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, to installing fire alarm systems. The entire project was delivered on time, and under budget, proving that Schweiger can utilize industry connections to get client’s the best deals on materials.

This Jasper area administrative space required a 3,260 square foot customer improvement build-out. Schweiger oversaw every step from selective demolition to the installation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems. Schweiger worked with the client at every step to ensure total satisfaction with the finished project.
Plaza Colonnade Remodel
Location: Kansas City, MO

Schweiger successfully transformed a 3,139 square foot space on the 5th floor and a 10,750 square foot area on the 6th floor. Our team at Schweiger
executed various tasks, including the construction of a new demising wall
and interior partitions to create an efficient office layout. Selective
demolition was carried out on the 6th floor, complemented by a full
demolition on the 5th floor. The extensive project not only met its deadline
but also stayed within the budget. The client was thrilled with the final
results, showcasing our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Smiling Woods New Retail Store

Schweiger took on the challenge of constructing a brand new retail store spanning 2,976 square feet from the ground up. This project met the LEED Silver certification, reflecting our commitment to sustainable building practices. Schweiger earned a Site Readiness Assessment Score of 100% for the construction phase, showcasing our dedication to flawless execution
in every aspect of the project.
